WHAT YOU DO

We are looking for an AI Engineer with a strong execution mindset, capable of building fast, testing fast, and shipping fast AI features that are used in real production products.

This role focuses on turning clearly defined AI directions from Product into production-ready solutions, bringing AI into production in a responsible way - with attention to reliability, cost, and operational risk.

This is not a research role or a position focused on building complex models from scratch. Instead, it is a Product AI Engineer - execution-focused, with the following core responsibilities:

• Implement AI/GenAI features for real-world use cases such as: workflow automation; data analysis; decision support
  
  
• Build AI-powered logic and AI agents capable of: analyzing operational data;
  detecting issues or anomalies; generating insights or recommended actions
  
  
• Apply AI solutions pragmatically, including: LLMs / GenAI; prompt engineering, tool/function calling; rule-based logic and heuristics when appropriate
  
  
• Work closely with the Product Lead to: rapidly test AI assumptions; refine or discard approaches that do not deliver value
  
  
• Collaborate with Software Engineers to integrate AI into existing systems, ensuring stability and suitability for production environments

WHO YOU ARE 

2–5 years of experience working with AI in real-world web or application products

• Strong proficiency in Python
  
  
• Hands-on experience deploying GenAI/LLMs in production environments, including: prompt engineering; tool/function calling; integrating AI into real business workflows
  
  
• Proven experience shipping AI features to production (even at a small or limited scale)
  
  
• Product-focused mindset: cares about whether AI truly helps users work better and make better decisions

Nice-to-have 

• Experience with AI Agents or Reinforcement Learning
  
  
• Background in building SaaS, B2B, or enterprise products
  
  
• Understanding of workflows and business processes
  
  
• Basic knowledge of: recommendation systems; decision support systems
  
  
• Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms
