I. Main Responsibilities
* IT Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding (75%)
- Independently plan & implement the whole recruiting process for the requested IT positions, JD customization, Creating Talent Pool, Interview, and Selection.
- Build and enrich the Talent Pools for current and future demands.
- Play the role of Consultant for Hiring Manager (Head of Depts) all relevant issues which can affect to recruiting process.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of TA actively periodically to adjust/improve or initiate the new ideal to optimize the performance.
- Expand widely The Employee Branding of Base and develop its Employee Experience programs.
- Initiate the ideas for online and offline channels using for attracting internal (our staff) and external (our potential candidates) customers.
- Build/maintain and strengthen the relationship between Base and universities, associates.
* Learning & Development (10%): plan and operate Training Program for Product Devision: Talent Engineer, Next-Gen Program, Tech Talk/Seminar
* HR Policy (10%): Update and implement Career Path & Career Planning Policy and other HR policies for Product Division
* Internal Communication(5%)
II. What should you have?
Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in Recruitment, including 2 years in the IT field
- Experience/ability to transform business needs into recruitment needs, job description, and corresponding recruitment criteria
- Having a strong & effective network of candidates/recruitment service provider

- The skills to ask the right questions to understand the needs effectively for both internal and external stakeholders
