In the next phase, we are building the Core AI Capability for a Vibe Code Platform - a platform that enables developers and creators to build products using AI, prompts, and automation.

As a Product Engineer, you will work on the Vibe Code Platform - a system that transforms business intent into operational software running on real enterprise data, including websites, dashboards, internal tools, and integrations.

This role is not about building individual dashboards. It is about defining how an AI-native platform can generate high-quality analytics systems repeatedly and systematically.

WHAT YOU DO

You will own the Dashboard & Analytics domain of the Vibe Code Platform, defining how the platform understands, models, and generates analytics systems from business intent.

• Define how the platform understands and generates dashboard and analytics systems from business intent
• Design data models, metric logic, and mapping from data → visualization
• Work closely with the AI team to encode data and analytics knowledge into the system
• Review and improve AI-generated outputs in terms of data accuracy, usability, and insight quality

Key responsibilities:

• Design reusable domain abstractions for dashboards, reporting systems, and analytics workflows;
• Define: data models (entities, relationships); metric definitions (KPIs, aggregations, calculations); mapping from raw data → business insights;
• Design patterns for: data visualization; dashboard structures; user interaction with data
• Abstract common analytics and reporting patterns into reusable domain models, metric definitions, and generation rules
• Collaborate closely with: AI Engineers (to ensure correct data interpretation & metric generation); Product teams (to ensure insights are meaningful and actionable)
• Ensure generated dashboards:are accurate; provide real business value and are usable in production environments

WHO YOU ARE

Requirements

• Proven experience working with data systems, analytics, or BI platforms
• Strong ability to abstract real-world analytics and reporting patterns into reusable systems, models, and metric frameworks
• Ability to translate business questions into data logic and insights
• Strong system thinking and ability to abstract reusable data/metric patterns

Nice to have

• Experience as: Analytics Engineer; Data Engineer; BI Engineer
• Experience with: dashboard tools (e.g. Looker, Metabase, Tableau); data pipelines / data warehouse
• Experience working on data products end-to-end

You will operate at the intersection of data, AI, and product, defining how systems understand and generate insights - shaping how thousands of dashboards are created, without being limited to a single dataset or a single product.
