ROLE OVERVIEW
Base.vn is seeking a Global Sales Manager to execute market entry, drive enterprise sales, and build strong commercial presence across assigned international markets.
This role focuses on hands-on execution of go-to-market plans, acquiring customers, supporting local sales teams, and ensuring consistent performance across markets.
Unlike the Director role, the Global Sales Manager is primarily responsible for implementation, revenue delivery, and market operations, not corporate-level strategy.
KEY OBJECTIVES

Execute global go-to-market strategies in assigned countries.

Drive customer acquisition and hit enterprise revenue targets.

Support recruiting, onboarding, and coaching of local sales talent.

Ensure disciplined sales operations, CRM compliance, and forecasting accuracy.

Strengthen Base’s brand presence through events, partnerships, and market activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Market Execution & Expansion
-
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and opportunities.
-
Execute market entry plans including segmentation, positioning, and outreach strategies.
-
Adapt and localize sales approach based on customer insights and market data.
2. Sales Operations & Team Support
-
Work closely with Country Sales Leads/BDMs to execute sales activities.
-
Support recruitment, onboarding, and ramp-up of sales reps in target markets.

Ensure adoption of Base’s sales process, KPIs, CRM standards, and reporting requirements.
-
Run weekly pipeline reviews and drive performance adherence.
3. Enterprise Sales & Business Development

Lead enterprise deals end-to-end in assigned markets: prospecting, qualification, demos, proposals, negotiation, closing.

Build strong relationships with: local enterprises, multinational companies, business associations & chamber of commerce, ecosystem and industry partners

Expand channel networks to accelerate customer acquisition.
4. Brand Building & Market Presence

Represent Base in local events, workshops, business communities, and networking sessions.

Coordinate with marketing and product teams to localize sales materials and case studies.
-
Support creation of on-ground activities to strengthen Base’s presence.
5. Reporting & Insights
-
Maintain strong CRM discipline and provide accurate forecasts.

Monitor sales performance, pipeline velocity, and key market indicators.
-
Report weekly results and insights to the Global Sales Director.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
1. Experience
-
4–7+ years in B2B/enterprise sales, ideally in SaaS/technology.

Experience executing market entry, territory development, or regional sales.
-
Track record of achieving revenue targets and closing enterprise deals.
2. Skills & Competencies

Strong enterprise sales skills: prospecting, demo, solution selling, negotiation.

Good understanding of GTM execution and sales operations.

Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with global and local teams.
