As we continue scaling our business and organizational capability, we are seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Executive to help fuel this growth through high-quality non-technical recruitment and strong employer brand presence.
What you do
This role combines strong recruitment execution (70%) with employer branding and talent marketing (30%). You will attract, assess, and hire top non-tech talent across multiple business units while building Base’s talent pipelines and strengthening our visibility in the market.
1. Talent Acquisition (70%)

- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand business needs and translate them into clear hiring requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Execute effective multi-channel sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, research, market mapping, communities, etc.).
- Conduct screening, interviewing, and evaluation to ensure both capability and cultural fit.
- Maintain an outstanding and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on pipeline quality, hiring timelines, and process discipline.
- Track, analyze, and continuously improve key hiring metrics to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and clean recruitment data, documentation, and reporting.
2. Employer Branding (30%)
- Contribute to building and enhancing Base.vn’s employer brand across digital platforms (LinkedIn, website, social media).
- Ideate and create talent-oriented content such as job announcements, employee spotlights, interview stories, case studies, recruitment campaigns.
- Support university partnerships, industry collaborations, career fairs, networking initiatives, and talent community development.
- Ensure a consistent and positive employer brand experience across all candidate touchpoints.
Who you are
- Final-year students or fresh graduates.
-
3–6 months of experience in recruitment or Human Resources is preferred.
-
Leadership experience in student clubs or organizations (e.g. President, Vice President) is a strong plus.
