WHAT YOU DO

As a CEO Assistant (50%)

• Manage the CEO’s schedule, organize meetings and business trips, prepare materials, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items.

• Serve as the communication hub between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

• Track the progress of tasks assigned by the CEO; gather and analyze data to support decision-making.

• Assist in building the CEO’s personal brand.

• Handle confidential information and other ad hoc tasks as required by the CEO.

As a Business Analyst (50%)

• Conduct market, customer, and competitor research, as well as analyze business problems related to the task and performance management product suite.

• Define product vision, propose strategies, shape product direction, and build relevant development roadmaps.

• Ideate and propose features, improvements, and enhancements for the product.

• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to ensure alignment with strategy and execution of product roadmaps.

WHO YOU ARE

• Graduate in Economics or Technology from top domestic or international universities with strong academic performance. Experience as a key member or leader in major student organizations or competitions (research, startups, product development, etc.) is a plus.

• Experience in business operations, enterprise organization, or managing projects/teams (5+ members) is a strong advantage.

• A clear career goal in Product Management, with a desire to build meaningful, high-impact technology products for thousands of businesses and millions of users.

• Strong English skills, logical thinking, analytical ability, and problem-solving and decision-making skills.
